Loopy is a young woman castor, pretty and cute, who is often the voice of reason in the series. She is very shy, sensitive, and sometimes she can be a bit of a princess.

Loopy lives in a dug log and often invites visitors. She likes cooking ; she especially enjoys baking cakes and pies for her friends. She also sucks at sports and pretty much everything else. Pororo and Eddy were still vying for her attention until Petty was introduced later. Loopy is jealous of the beauty of Petty, because it is good in everything (except cooking) and that everyone loves it. She has a crush on Eddy and it is Pororo that she admires the most. She always goes to Pororo's and brings him desserts, and in season 3 her made-up tale states that Pororo is going to marry her but Pororo denies it because he wants to marry Petty. She is also Petty's friend. She also doesn't like it when people are fighting. Sometimes she can cry easily. For example, when Pororo threw a big snowball at her, when Pororo called her a "straggler" and when she has to face her fear of heights. She also doesn't like when Pororo, Eddy and Poby try to "win Petty's heart" and she says they're all acting weird.
