Pororo is the main protagonist of the franchise Pororo the little penguin, who appears in almost every episode of the series. It also appears in Pororo Singalong, as one of the main characters.

Pororo is a little penguin who makes him the titular character of the gang of friends and the leader of the group. As the narrator points out, he is curious. He often does silly things with his friends, including trying to steal and playing jokes on his friends. It can also sometimes be in rivalry with Cron and Eddy. Pororo lives in a pine house with Crong, his dinosaur friend and adopted baby brother. He has a crush on Petty. Loopy admires him and tends to like him more than a "friend". In the third season, Loopy tells a story that Pororo is going to marry Loopy, but Pororo refuses and responds with "But I want to marry the beautiful Princess Petty!".
