DELIVERY TIME:

• Packages are generally shipped within 24/48 business hours after receipt of your payment.
• Standard delivery: 8 to 10 business days. (During the Christmas and year-end holiday season, shipments may be delayed).
• Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (except holidays).
• Enjouet members benefit from Free Returns.

EXCHANGE:

• Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you wish to make an exchange, write to us at info@enjouet.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must not be washed and must have its original tags. Shipping is your responsibility.

• Enjouet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in new condition or is not packaged in its original box.

• We will notify you by email when we receive the package.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

• You must contact us at info@enjouet.com within 14 days of purchase.

• We will provide you with packaging and shipping instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the item price and original shipping costs.
