DELIVERY TIME:

• Packages are generally shipped within 24/48 business hours after receipt of your payment.
• Standard delivery: 8 to 10 days business (During the Christmas and year-end holiday season, shipments may be delayed).
• Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (except holidays).

EXCHANGE:

• Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, write to us at info@enjouet.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must not be washed and must have its original tags. Shipping is your responsibility.
• Enjouet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We use a secure shipping method with a tracking number.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packed in its original box. We will notify you by email when we receive the package.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

• You must contact us at info@enjouet.com within 14 days of purchase.
• We will provide you with the packaging and shipping instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the item's price and the original shipping fees.
