Delivery times
- 📦Packages are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt of your payment.

🚚Standard delivery: 8 to 10 business days.
During the Christmas and holiday season, shipments may be delayed. - 🗓️Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- ⭐Enjouet members receive free returns.
Exchanges
Contact us at support@enjouet.com to initiate an exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, unwashed and with their original tags.
Return shipping is your responsibility. Enjouet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Use a method with a tracking number.
We will notify you by email as soon as we receive the package. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item that is not in new condition or is not packaged in its original box.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, here is the procedure:
Contact us at support@enjouet.com within 14 days of receipt.
We will provide you with packaging and shipping instructions. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we offer a replacement or refund of the item price and the original shipping costs.
