Your satisfaction is our priority — request a return within 14 days of receipt

Return period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us of your request to withdraw. You then have 14 days from that notification to return the product. More favorable terms announced for orders already placed will continue to apply to those orders. This period does not limit statutory warranties.
🇪🇺 European Union — For orders shipped within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- ✓Be in its original condition (unworn, unused)
- ✓Have its original tags
- ✓Be in its original packaging
- ✓Include the receipt or proof of purchase
How do I make a return?
Contact us at info@enjouet.com before returning anything to obtain authorization.
We will send you a return shipping label and the necessary instructions.
Carefully pack the item and send it to the address provided.
⚠️ Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following items are sold as final sale (except for manufacturing defects found upon receipt):
- 🎨 Personalized items (engraving, printing, name, photo)
- 🃏 Card games, puzzles, and board games with opened packaging
- 🗿 Used figurines and limited editions
- 🎭 Hygiene products (worn costumes, opened accessories)
- 🏷️ Discounted or clearance items clearly identified at the time of purchase
- 💾 Digital content (codes, licenses, downloads)
- 🎁 Gift cards
📜 These exclusions comply with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Damage and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@enjouet.com so we can find a solution quickly.
Exchanges
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
For any other exchange, return the item in question and then make a separate new purchase to get the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of our decision by email.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Enjouet and are not deducted from your refund. Contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.
💡 For any item worth more than 75 €, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
Gifts
If a returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the return.
Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
