Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern sales by Enjouet, a company specializing in products related to the world of toys, games, and collectibles.

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT and taxes applicable on the date of the order), excluding handling and shipping costs.

For any order shipped to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s). Customs duties or local taxes may apply — these remain your responsibility and are payable by you.

All orders must be paid for in euros. Enjouet reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the product is charged at the price in effect when the order is placed.

The contractual information is presented in French and confirmed no later than when the order is placed. Enjouet reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, particularly in the event of supply issues or a problem with the order received.

Any order on enjouet.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.

A summary of your order and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you as a PDF by email in the confirmation email.

Placing an order implies the obligation to pay the stated price. Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe system.

Payment is only charged when the order is shipped. In the case of split deliveries, only the products shipped will be charged.

Under Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason or incurring a penalty. Return costs are covered by Enjouet. A refund will be issued within 14 days of notification, using the same payment method.

Our products are offered while they remain visible on enjouet.com and subject to availability. For products not held in stock, offers are subject to supplier availability.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email — the order will be automatically canceled without any charge to your bank account. Enjouet reserves the right to refuse orders for 5 or more identical items.

Products are delivered to the address provided when ordering, within the timeframe stated on the order confirmation page. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

If delivery is delayed, you may cancel your order under the terms of Article L.138-2 of the French Consumer Code. Enjouet cannot be held liable for a delay caused by the customer being unavailable after several appointment proposals.

All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity, the product may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Any complaint must be submitted by email within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned complete (accessories, packaging, instructions). Shipping and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of payment.

Products comply with French law. Enjouet cannot be held liable for failure to comply with the laws of the destination country—you are responsible for checking import requirements with the local authorities.

Enjouet shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product, or for issues arising from the use of the Internet (service outages, intrusion, viruses).

This agreement is drawn up in French and governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All elements of the website enjouet.com (software, visuals, sounds) are the exclusive property of Enjouet. Any reproduction, use, or distribution, even in part, is prohibited without prior written consent. Any hyperlink is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

Enjouet collects the personal data necessary to process your orders and improve our services. This data may be shared with service providers involved in fulfilling orders.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of your data, directly on the website or by contacting us at info@enjouet.com.

Enjouet archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, creating a faithful copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. Computerized records serve as evidence of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
