General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions govern sales by the company Enjouet, which specializes in products related to the world of toys, games, and collectibles.

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT and taxes applicable on the date of the order), excluding processing and shipping costs.

For any order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product or products. Customs duties or local taxes may apply — they remain your responsibility and are payable by you.

All orders are payable in euros. Enjouet reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the product is charged at the price in effect when the order is validated.

The contractual information is presented in French and confirmed no later than upon validation. Enjouet reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, particularly in the event of a supply issue or a problem with the order received.

Any order placed on enjouet.com constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.

A summary of your order and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you as a PDF by email in the confirmation.

Validation of the order entails the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment is made by bank card via the secure Stripe system.

Payment is not charged until shipment. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped will be charged.

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be issued within 14 days following notification, using the same payment method.

Our products are offered while they are visible on enjouet.com and subject to stock availability. For products not held in stock, offers are valid subject to supplier availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you by email — the order will be automatically canceled without any charge to your bank account. Enjouet reserves the right to refuse orders of 5 or more identical items.

Products are delivered to the address provided when placing the order, within the time frame specified on the validation page. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

In the event of a delivery delay, you may cancel the order in accordance with the provisions of Article L.138-2 of the Consumer Code. Enjouet cannot be held liable for a delay caused by the customer's unavailability after several appointment proposals.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any claim must be submitted by email within 14 days following delivery. Products must be returned complete (accessories, packaging, instructions). Shipping and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.

The products comply with French legislation. Enjouet shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the destination country — you are responsible for checking import requirements with the local authorities.

Enjouet shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product or for inconveniences related to the use of the Internet (service interruption, intrusion, virus).

This contract is drafted in French and governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All website elements enjouet.com (software, visuals, sounds) are the exclusive property of Enjouet. Any reproduction, use, or distribution, even in part, is prohibited without prior written consent. Any hyperlink is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

Enjouet collects your personal data necessary to manage your orders and improve our services. It may be shared with service providers involved in fulfilling orders.

In accordance with the Law of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of your data, directly on the website or by contacting us at support@enjouet.com.

Enjouet archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable, durable medium, constituting a faithful copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. Computerized records constitute proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
