Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY TIME:

• Packages are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your payment.
• Standard delivery: 8 to 10 working days.  (During the Christmas and New Year holiday periods, shipments may be delayed).
• Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Enjouet members benefit from Free Returns.

EXCHANGE :

• Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to exchange, please write to us at info@enjouet.com. Les Items must be returned within  14 days from the date of purchase. The item must not be washed and must bear its original labels. Transport is your responsibility.

• Plaything  is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item if it is not in new condition or not packaged in its original box.

• We will notify you by email when we receive the package.

DEFECTIVE OR ERRONEOUS ITEMS:

• You must contact us at info@enjouet.com in the  14 days after purchase.

• We will provide you with packaging and shipping instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund of the item price and original shipping charges.
