DELIVERY TIME:

• Packages are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your payment.
• Standard delivery: 8 to 10 days worked (During the Christmas and New Year holiday season, shipments may be delayed).
• Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

EXCHANGE :

• Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to exchange, please write to us at info@enjouet.com. Les Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must not be washed and must bear its original labels. Transport is your responsibility.
• Plaything is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We use a secure shipping method with a tracking number.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is not in new condition or is not packaged in its original box. We will notify you by email when we receive the package.

DEFECTIVE OR ERRONEOUS ITEMS:
